Thank you for choosing Interventional Pain Consultants for your care. To ensure your first appointment goes as smoothly as possible, please follow the steps below.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Call (706) 847-0826 or request an appointment online. Our team will verify your insurance and schedule you at your preferred location.
2. What to Bring
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant imaging studies (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans) or medical records from referring physicians.
3. Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any remaining paperwork.
4. Your First Visit
Your physician will perform a comprehensive evaluation, review your medical history and imaging, discuss your pain condition, and develop a personalized treatment plan. Most first visits take 30-60 minutes.
